Stephen Mossini graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Business Management & Real Estate and brings with him a wide range of knowledge and experience. Steve’s involvement in real estate started with a boutique commercial real estate company and he continued his success by working for a private commercial and residential developer, on to a national franchising company. He was a Broker and Managing Partner at VIG Commercial, which handled commercial leasing, sales, & management then founded our amazing company, LOCAL Real Estate Company back in 2015. During that time he was also managing over 20 Homeowners association communities as a CAM. With all of this experience, he is able to provide his residential, commercial and property management clients with the best insight and knowledge of the market, offering the greatest position for his clients to succeed. His mission is to provide his clients with the best service possible. His experience enables him to analyze client needs from all perspectives while helping to maintain an objective and detailed point of view.   Steve’s honesty, loyalty and understanding of the market sets him apart from the real estate masses. Steve knows that in order to have successful business relationships, he and his clients must have mutual goals.
